GROUND RULES

To base and maintain our behavior, Victoria Basketball adheres to the norms of sportsmanship, healthy competitive ethics and fair play.

To make it easier for every Victorian member and person to interact, be ethical and uphold sportsmanship, with the code of ethics contained in the VICTORIA CHARTER. 

FIBA establish the official basketball rules as well as the regulations that governs the relationships between the different members of the basketball community.
